Hesabın təhlükəsizliyi sizin məsuliyyətinizdədir. Başqasının adından hesab açmayın, hesabı satmayın və ya başqasına verməyin. Hesabı istənilən vaxt tətbiqin içindən silə bilərsiniz.
Yasaqdır: saxta proqram və ya hiylə ilə oyunu pozmaq, başqa oyunçuları təhqir etmək, söyüş, təhdid, spam, reytinqi saxta artırmaq üçün sövdələşmək, serveri sıxmaq və ya sındırmağa çalışmaq. Pozuntu halında xəbərdarlıqla və ya xəbərdarlıqsız hesabı məhdudlaşdıra və ya bağlaya bilərik.
Sikkə (◎) və ləl (◆) yalnız tətbiqin içində işləyən virtual vahidlərdir. Onların pul dəyəri yoxdur, pula çevrilmir, başqa hesaba verilmir. Çərçivə, taxta və digər görünüş əşyaları yalnız bəzək üçündür, oyunun nəticəsinə təsir etmir. Qutu və ya təsadüfi "loot box" üçün pul alınmır, alınan paketlərin məzmunu qabaqcadan göstərilir.
Ödəniş Apple App Store və ya Google Play vasitəsilə olur və onların şərtlərinə tabedir. Geri qaytarma sorğusunu həmin mağazaya verirsiniz. Mağaza pulu qaytararsa, müvafiq sikkə və ləl hesabdan geri götürülə bilər. Silinmiş hesabın alışları bərpa olunmur.
Nərd Plus aylıq və ya illik abunəlikdir (gündəlik ləl, əlavə sandıq yerləri, böyük gündəlik hədiyyə, xüsusi çərçivə). Abunəlik, ləğv olunmasa, cari dövrün bitməsindən ən azı 24 saat əvvələ qədər avtomatik yenilənir və ödəniş mağaza hesabınızdan çıxılır. İdarə etmək və ləğv etmək üçün: iPhone-da Ayarlar → Apple ID → Abunəliklər, Android-də Google Play → Ödənişlər və abunəliklər → Abunəliklər. Ləğv etdikdə cari dövrün sonuna qədər imtiyazlar qalır. Tətbiqi silmək abunəliyi ləğv etmir.
Tətbiqi "olduğu kimi" təqdim edirik. Fasiləsiz və xətasız işləməyə zəmanət vermirik, funksiyaları dəyişə, dayandıra və ya yeniləyə bilərik. Əsaslı dəyişiklik olsa, ağlabatan şəkildə xəbər verməyə çalışacağıq.
Qanunun icazə verdiyi həddə, tətbiqdən istifadədən yaranan dolayı zərərlərə görə məsuliyyət daşımırıq. Bu, istehlakçı kimi qanundan irəli gələn hüquqlarınızı məhdudlaşdırmır.
Tətbiqin kodu, dizaynı, səsləri və məzmunu bizə aiddir. Şəxsi, kommersiya məqsədi olmayan istifadə üçün sizə məhdud lisenziya verilir.
Bu şərtlərə Azərbaycan Respublikasının qanunvericiliyi tətbiq olunur. İstehlakçı kimi yaşadığınız ölkənin məcburi qaydaları qüvvədə qalır.

By using the app you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use it.
You are responsible for your account's security. Do not create accounts in someone else's name, sell the account or give it to others. You can delete your account inside the app at any time.
Not allowed: cheating with tools or exploits, insulting other players, abuse, threats, spam, colluding to inflate ratings, overloading or trying to break the server. We may restrict or close an account, with or without warning, for violations.
Coins (◎) and gems (◆) are virtual units usable only inside the app. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another account. Frames, boards and other looks are cosmetic only and do not affect the result of a game. There are no paid loot boxes; what a pack gives is shown before you buy.
Payment is made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and is subject to their terms. You ask that store for a refund. If the store refunds a purchase, the matching coins and gems may be taken back from your account. Purchases of a deleted account are not restored.
Nərd Plus is a monthly or yearly subscription (daily gems, extra chest slots, a bigger daily gift, a special frame). Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, it renews automatically and your store account is charged. To manage or cancel: on iPhone, Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. After cancelling you keep the benefits until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
The app is provided "as is". We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service and may change, pause or update features. For a major change we will try to give reasonable notice.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. This does not limit rights you have as a consumer under the law.
The app's code, design, sounds and content belong to us. You get a limited licence for personal, non-commercial use.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence still apply.
