Topladığımız məlumat

• Hesab: göstərilən ad, avatar və ölkə seçimi. İstəyə görə e-poçt və parol (parol yalnız şifrələnmiş "hash" formasında saxlanır). Qonaq kimi girsəniz e-poçt tələb olunmur.
• Oyun məlumatı: nəticələr, reytinq, kuboklar, missiyalar, dostlar, klub üzvlüyü, klub söhbətindəki mesajlar və dostluq dəvətləri.
• Alışlar: ödəniş Apple App Store və ya Google Play vasitəsilə olur, kart məlumatınızı biz görmürük. Biz yalnız məhsul adını, əməliyyat nömrəsini və abunəlik müddətini alırıq. Bu məlumat alışlara xidmət göstərən RevenueCat vasitəsilə gəlir.
• Səsli söhbət: qrup yoldaşları ilə danışanda mikrofon istifadə olunur. Səs şifrələnmiş şəkildə cihazlar arasında (WebRTC) ötürülür; birbaşa bağlantı alınmasa, Cloudflare-in relay (TURN) serveri vasitəsilə keçir. Səs yazılmır və saxlanmır. Bağlantı üçün Google-un ictimai STUN serveri IP ünvanınızı görür. Mikrofon icazəsini istədiyiniz vaxt cihaz ayarlarından bağlaya bilərsiniz.
• Texniki məlumat: serverin jurnallarında IP ünvanı və sorğu vaxtı qısa müddətə saxlanır (sui-istifadənin qarşısını almaq üçün).

Nəyi toplamırıq

Reklam yoxdur, izləmə (tracking) və üçüncü tərəfin analitika kitabxanaları yoxdur. Məlumatınızı satmırıq və reklam məqsədilə paylaşmırıq. Kameradan istifadə etmirik.

Nə üçün istifadə edirik

Hesabı idarə etmək, oyunları, reytinqi və sosial funksiyaları işlətmək, alışları hesabınıza yazmaq, sui-istifadədən və saxtakarlıqdan qorumaq.

Kimlərlə paylaşırıq

• Digər oyunçular: adınız, reytinqiniz, kuboklarınız və kluba aid məlumat görünə bilər; onlayn olduğunuzu və son görünmə vaxtınızı yalnız dostlarınız görür.
• Apple, Google, RevenueCat: alışların emalı üçün.
• Server və şəbəkə təminatçıları: serveri işlətmək üçün (məsələn Cloudflare).
• Qanunun tələb etdiyi hallarda səlahiyyətli orqanlara.

Saxlanma müddəti və silmə

Məlumatı hesabınız olduğu müddətdə saxlayırıq. Hesabı tətbiqin içindən silə bilərsiniz (Ayarlar → Hesabı sil). Silinəndə ad, e-poçt, reytinq, dostlar və mesajlar silinir; bitmiş oyunlarda yeriniz adsız ("silinmiş oyunçu") qalır. İstisna: eyni alışın ikinci dəfə hesaba yazılmasının qarşısını almaq üçün mağaza əməliyyat nömrələri hesabdan ayrı, adsız saxlanır.

Uşaqlar

Tətbiq 13 yaşdan kiçik uşaqlara yönəlməyib və onlardan bilərəkdən məlumat toplamırıq. Belə məlumat topladığımızı görsək, siləcəyik.

Təhlükəsizlik

Bağlantı şifrələnir (HTTPS), parollar hash ilə saxlanır, sessiya açarı cihazın təhlükəsiz yaddaşındadır. Heç bir sistem tam təhlükəsiz deyil.

Dəyişikliklər

Siyasəti yeniləyə bilərik. Yeni versiya bu səhifədə dərc olunur və tarixi yuxarıda dəyişir.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: a display name, avatar and country choice. Optionally an email and password (the password is stored only as a salted hash). Signing in as a guest needs no email.
• Game data: results, rating, trophies, missions, friends, club membership, messages in club chat, and friend invitations.
• Purchases: payment goes through the Apple App Store or Google Play; we never see your card. We receive only the product, the transaction id and the subscription period, through RevenueCat, which handles purchases for us.
• Voice chat: the microphone is used when you talk with your party. Audio is encrypted and goes between devices (WebRTC); if a direct link fails it passes through Cloudflare's relay (TURN) server. It is not recorded or stored. For connecting, Google's public STUN server sees your IP address. You can revoke the permission in your device settings at any time.
• Technical data: server logs briefly keep the IP address and request time to prevent abuse.

What we do not collect

No ads, no tracking, no third-party analytics libraries. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We do not use the camera.

How we use it

To run your account, games, ratings and social features, to credit purchases, and to protect against abuse and fraud.

Who we share it with

• Other players: your name, rating, trophies and club may be visible to them; only your friends see when you are online.
• Apple, Google, RevenueCat: to process purchases.
• Hosting and network providers: to run the server (for example Cloudflare).
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Retention and deletion

We keep data while your account exists. You can delete your account inside the app (Settings → Delete account). Your name, email, rating, friends and messages are then deleted; in finished games your place stays anonymous ("deleted player"). Exception: store transaction ids are kept apart from the account, without a name, so the same purchase cannot be credited twice.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data. Write to mr.azerioid@gmail.com.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, the session key lives in the device's secure storage. No system is perfectly secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. The new version is published on this page and the date above changes.
